KYC Verification

cv44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to the following. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

• A valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID confirming your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document (issued within the last three months) confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Verification of any payment method used, such as a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name, confirming ownership of the payment instrument.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cv44 supports a range of locally trusted payment methods designed for Bangladesh-based players. All monetary transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior written approval from our finance team.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are processed in real time, subject to the availability of the selected payment gateway. cv44 does not charge any deposit fee; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, which remain the player's sole responsibility.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method matching the one used for the original deposit. We do not process cross-method withdrawals (e.g., depositing via Nagad and withdrawing to a bank account) unless exceptional circumstances are verified in writing.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cv44 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified for each offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.

• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to each new player only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination.
